CHANNEL-10040R extra wide aluminum channel is a type of recessed LED extrusion, the 4 inch aluminum channel is typically installed by recessing it into a surface, such as ceilings, or walls, which can enhance the aesthetics and functionality of LED strip lighting installations.
By housing LED tapes within the 100 wide led profile with flange, it offers protection, improves heat dissipation, and creates a diffused and uniform light output. When paired with a semi-transparent diffuser cover, the light emitted by the LED strips becomes softer, reducing harsh glare and creating a more visually pleasing lighting effect.
The wide recessed LED channel is 40mm high, 100mm wide, with 8mm wide flanges on both sides, and an internal channel width of 77mm/3inch to accommodate multiple light strips. The flanges provide a seamless transition between the led profile and the surrounding surface, giving a neat and finished appearance to the overall installation. - shape and L shape metal channel connectors are available for connecting multiple profiles, here to purchase.
