Technical Specifications

The LeyNew NL604 Model is an upgraded version of the discontinued LN-DMXTCON-24CH-LV Model. The controller receives DMX signals and outputs PWM signals to control 5-wire RGBW light strips. It features 8 output ports, each capable of connecting one RGBW light strip.

The NL604's color output channels are not limited to RGBW. Users can customize the DMX addresses for each output channel on the screen to achieve desired output effects.

• One-touch master/slave switching: Automatically switches to master mode to transmit DMX when no DMX signal is present. Multiple controllers can be cascaded for synchronized output. When DMX is available, instantly switches to slave mode to receive and decode DMX.

• Node customization: Each channel address is configurable during DMX decoding. Nodes can be freely combined (DIM/CT/RGB/RGBW, etc.).

• Selectable channels: DMX address settings can utilize any channel. Channels are reusable and can be left blank for future maintenance, avoiding faulty channels.

• Adjustable PWM frequency and dimming curves for versatile application environments.

• Built-in dynamic modes, also customizable for personalized settings.

• Features an industrial-grade full-color touchscreen for integrated operation and display, offering a clean and aesthetic design.

User Guide

When using external DMX512 control (all controllers default to “Slave” mode), cascade multiple controllers and customize output channels. If a channel becomes unusable due to damage, disable the faulty channel. Resolve the issue by assigning its address to the next available channel via “User Customization” and incrementing all subsequent channel addresses by +1.

Without external DMX512 signal: Single controller operates in built-in mode; synchronized output occurs when cascaded. Set “Master/Slave Mode Switch” to ‘Master’ in the “System Set” interface of the first controller, with others in “Slave” mode to achieve synchronization without DMX.

Red power indicator: Red when power is normal.

Green signal indicator: Solid green when DMX512 input is present; off when no signal.

This product operates on DC 12V-24V power supply. Do not connect to other high-voltage power sources.

Power cables must not be short-circuited to prevent electrical faults.
