This led aluminum channel can be mounted on the surface or recessed in dry walls, furniture, or other indoor linear lighting LED projects with mounting clips. The aluminum channel outer width is 17.4mm, the channel height is 7.6mm, and the inner width is 12.3mm. PCB width of the led light strip for this led channel can not exceed 12.3mm. Suitable for 5050 led strips. Made from high-quality 6063-T5 silver anodized aluminum, the aluminum profile provides additional heatsinking and mechanical protection for led strip lights.
One 1m LED strip diffuser channel contains a 1m led aluminum channel, a PC led diffuser cover, two end caps, and two mounting clips. You can cut the aluminum led profile to any length for your LED lighting project. If there is a requirement for the led output lighting effect, choose the light diffuser carefully. The right aluminum color will add points to your decoration. Endcap without hole to protect the led tape light from dust and external damage. End cap with wire hole to let the led lighting strip connect the led dc power supply or the led controller to power or control the led strip lighting.
Accessories: Straight connector or L shape connector are here. And swivel bracket is available. If you purchase multiple alu channels with silicone diffuser, we'll send you a continous one silicone diffuser to achieve seamless installation.
Note:
As the 2m and 3m led aluminum profiles are too light and long, the package size will exceed the DHL/UPS/TNT requirement(4feet), so extra long transportation costs ($170) will be required. The aluminum led strip lighting channel product itself is soft and easily damaged, so under normal circumstances, 2m and 3m extruded aluminum channels' MOQ is 10 pieces.
