Check this waterproof aluminum led channel for led strip lighting which is made of high-quality aluminum alloy. Waterproof grade can reach IP65. With 12.5mm/0.49in inner width, this waterproof led channel profile is suitable for 5050 led strip lights. Equipped with a PC semi-clear light diffuser to soft and smooth LED light output (PMMA led diffusers need to contact us to constomize). Semi-transparent LED diffuser can transmit 70-80% of light while eliminating LED spotlight, which is a good balance between soft continuous light and bright light in specific outside or bathroom and other locations.
The standard length of the outdoor aluminum led profiles is 1 meter, silver led aluminum channel diffuser with end caps and mounting clips to make the installation more easily, is ideal for adding light to your residential and commercial linear lighting LED projects if you have waterproof requirements.
The role of the single aluminum piece:
Due to the PC diffusion cover of the waterproof LED light diffuser channel is not open, so it's not very convenient to install LED strip, then the separate aluminum piece comes in handy.
Directly attach light strip (sold separately) to the aluminum piece and then insert it into the PC cover, much easier LED light installation for waterproof led channel diffuser.
Note:
As the 2m led aluminum profiles are too light and long, the package size will exceed the DHL/UPS/TNT requirement (4feet), so extra long transportation costs ($170) will be required. The aluminum led strip lighting channel product itself is soft and easily damaged, so under normal circumstances, 2m extruded aluminum channels' MOQ is 10 pieces.
