This aluminum led channel with 15mm/0.61in inner width is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, suitable for 12mm single row led strip lights or 15mm double row white led light strips, supports surface-mounted in walls, furniture, cabinets, wardrobe, etc., perfectly for residential and commercial linear lighting projects. Equipped an aluminum channel profile for your LED strip lighting will improve the led strip lifetime because of the better heat dissipation, and protect the led light strip from dust, moisture, and external force damage.
PC cover work as a led diffuser to get a more uniform and soft led lighting, it even can achieve no light spot effect with a right led strip. You can cut the 1m aluminum led strip lighting channel to any length which is the most common length, please feel free to contact us to customize the channel aluminum precise length for your LED project.
Installation of this aluminum led diffuser channel: drill a hole in the aluminum profile groove, mount the groove on the object's surface, attach the led profile to the groove, stick the led strip in the aluminum profile, insert the end caps and led diffuser cover, the power cable through the end cap with a hole to connect the power source or led controller.
Note:
As the 2m led aluminum profiles are too light and long, the package size will exceed the DHL/UPS/TNT requirement(4feet), so extra long transportation costs ($170) will be required. The aluminum led strip lighting channel product itself is soft and easily damaged, so under normal circumstances, 2m and 3m extruded aluminum channels' MOQ is 10 pieces.
If you need a full 20-meter aluminum light diffuser channel, we recommend that you use 20 1-meter long led light strip channel splicing with some channel connectors, both sides of the product using industrial right angle cutting. After installation it does not affect the appearance.
