The SR-2100RDM-Tester is a DMX cable tester designed for rapid testing of DMX devices that support the RDM protocol. The RDM (Remote Device Management) protocol allows remote configuration and monitoring of fixture devices via RS485 signals, solving the problem that traditional DMX512s are unable to communicate in both directions.
This DMX 512 tester is ideal for device testing in the field or in large-scale projects due to the compactness and portability. The DMX RDM tester supports output of up to 512 DMX channels and DMX signal transmission via RJ45 port. This DMX signal tester supports RDM standard protocols and user-defined PID testing to meet the needs of different environments.
In addition, the DMX tester LED is equipped with a DMX signal view function that allows users to monitor the status of signal transmission in real time. Equipped with a touch pen and supplied with an RJ45 cable, RJ45 to XLR 5-pin connector, and USB charging cable, this DMX 512 RDM tester greatly enhances work efficiency.
