The 50x20mm U-Shape LED Aluminum Channel is a wide strip channel featuring an internal width of 48mm to accommodate LED strips of various widths and multiple LED strips, providing even light distribution for large area lighting. Its white and black aluminum channel finish with white and black diffusers offers flexibility in interior lighting design. This 2inch wide aluminum channel can be surface mounted or recessed into a wall or ceiling. Surface mounting is often used in open spaces, while recessed mounting is suitable for areas where concealed lighting is required, such as corridors in upscale hotels or modern office designs. The 20mm high depth of the aluminum channel provides enough diffusion space to effectively reduce light spots and improve uniformity.
50x20mm Aluminum Channel Installation
• Surface mounting: Simple installation, fixing directly to walls, ceilings or other flat surfaces. The light source is directly visible.
• Built-in installation: Aluminum channel is embedded into the wall or ceiling to enhance the integration and simplicity of space design. The two sides of the aluminum channel with extended wings enable easy plastering to hide the edges of the extrusion profile.
• Suspended installation: Aluminum channel is suspended below the ceiling, providing a unique linear suspended light effect.
Note:
As the 2m and 2.44m led strip light aluminum extrusion is too light and long, the package size will exceed the DHL/UPS/TNT requirement (4feet), so extra long transportation costs will be required if your 2M or 2.44M order is less than 10 pieces.
No available channel connector, just splice them together.
