Product Specifications

Installation Guide

1. Clean the mounting surface and the silicone tube thoroughly.
2. Carefully feed two compatible LED strips (≤3-4mm PCB width) back-to-back into the silicone sleeve. A guide wire can help pull the strips through longer sections.
3. Cut the sleeve and LED strips to your desired length at the marked cut points on the strips.
4. Solder lead wires to the LED strips and test the connection with the appropriate power supply and controller to ensure functionality.
5. Apply a generous amount of silicone adhesive to the inside of the end caps (one solid, one with wire hole) and press them firmly onto the ends of the tube.
6. Allow the adhesive to cure completely as per manufacturer's instructions to ensure an IP67 waterproof seal before mounting the fixture.
