To achieve an IP67 rating, you must seal both ends of the tube with the provided end caps and a suitable neutral silicone adhesive (not included).

What does 'Top-Emitting' mean?

Top-emitting means the light shines out from the flat top surface of the square profile, parallel to the LED strip's PCB. This is different from side-emitting channels, where light exits from the edge.

How to Assemble Your Custom Neon Light

Select an appropriate LED strip (max 10mm or 12mm width, matching your channel version).
Attach a strong, thin string or leader wire to the end of your LED strip.
Feed the string through the silicone channel until it emerges from the other end.
Gently pull the LED strip through the channel. The optional anti-breakage piece provides a smoother track for easy insertion.
Apply a neutral silicone adhesive (not included) to the end caps and fit them securely onto both ends of the channel to create an IP67 waterproof seal.
Mount the finished neon light using your chosen method. Options include mounting clips for direct surface fixing, placing it in an aluminum channel for perfectly straight lines, or using flexible profiles to create smooth curves.
