How to Select & Use These Mounting Clips
Measure Your Neon Tube: Before ordering, carefully measure the width of your LED neon tube. This is the most critical dimension for ensuring a proper fit.
Select the Matching Clip Width: In the product options, choose the width that exactly matches your neon tube's measurement. For example:
- - For a front-emitting tube sized W20mm x H10mm, select the '20mm' option.
- - For a side-emitting tube sized W4mm x H10mm, select the '4mm' option.
- - For a 360-degree tube with a 30mm diameter, select the '30mm' option.
Provide Your Model (Optional): If you have previously purchased neon tubing from us, please note your previous order number or the specific tube model in the order comments for a guaranteed match.
Install the Clips: Determine your desired spacing (we recommend one clip every 12-18 inches). Mark the positions, then use your own screws to fasten each clip securely to the surface. Finally, press the neon tube firmly into the clips until it snaps into place.
- Screws are not included with this product.
- Some specific models of LED neon flex lights are designed to be used only with silicone or plastic clips. If you order for one of these models, we will automatically send the appropriate silicone or plastic clips instead of aluminum.
- These clips are designed for the specific profiles of neon flex and are not suitable for flat, non-jacketed LED tape lights.
