Check this waterproof led channel with black echo, the LED light strip is wrapped by a PC led diffuser and sealed with the end cap to complete the outdoor waterproof requirements. This outdoor led channel with 12.5mm/0.49in inner width is suitable for 8mm/10mm addressable led strip lights. There are three led strip light diffuser options, and the aluminum channel housing is available in silver color and black color. Fixed by mounting clips or swivel brackets.
Black Diffuser vs Opal Diffuser vs Semi-clear Diffuser:
Black PC (polycarbonate) diffuser cover, opal (milky white) diffuser cover, and translucent (semi-clear) diffuser cover have their own characteristics in the application.
Black PC is often used in occasions where the light source needs to be hidden or to cater to special shapes, with a particularly stylish feel.
Opal PC is often used where a soft light and reduced glare is required. Milk white color can scatter light, make light distribution more uniform, reduce shadows and hot spots.
Semi-transparent PC falls somewhere in between, providing moderate light penetration while maintaining the effect of masking LED hot spots.
Role of the Individual Aluminum PIece:
As the light diffuser cover is fully wrapped, it is inconvenient for the light strip to be placed in, so you can use the separate aluminum piece to insert the LED strip directly into the diffuser cover to simplify the installation.
Note:
As the 2m and 3m led aluminum profiles are too light and long, the package size will exceed the DHL/UPS/TNT requirement(4feet), so extra long transportation costs ($170) will be required. The aluminum led strip lighting channel product itself is soft and easily damaged, so under normal circumstances, 2m and 3m extruded aluminum channels' MOQ is 10 pieces.
