This HL-BAPL010 (QSG-2019) surface-mounted aluminum led channel with 15.5mm/0.61in inner width is suitable for CCT white double row flexible led light strips. Made of high-quality 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, the led profile plays a positive role in led heat management and led strip protection from dust, moisture, and external force damage. The dome-top surface-mounted led strip light aluminum profile with an additional mounting channel provides high structural stability and a clean, smooth installation appearance.
Choose a right led light diffuser from the 2 kinds of PC diffusers, the PC translucent diffuser cover features both uniform LED light and bright light, and the PC milky white cover is more shade. 1m led aluminum profile is the most common length, and you can cut the aluminum led strip channel to any length, please feel free to contact us to customize the channel aluminum precise length of your linear lighting project.
Installation of this HL-BAPL010 (QSG-2019) aluminum led diffuser channel:
Fix the additional mounting channel to the surface of the installation object with screws and snap the led profile into the mounting channel. Stick the 12mm/15mm led strip in the aluminum profile, insert the end caps and led diffuser cover, the power cable through the end cap with hole to connect the power source or led controller.
Note:
1) As the 2m led aluminium profiles are too long, the package size will exceed the DHL/UPS/TNT requirement (4 feet), so extra long transportation costs will be required if your 2m led strip aluminum profile order is less than 10 pieces.
2) No channel connector to use, please just splice multiple led strip channels for seamless connection.
