With 39mm/1.54in inner width, this plaster-in aluminum led profile can be recessed into walls or ceilings, or 33.49mm thick plasterboard, suitable for 28mm 3528 quad row led strip lights or 32mm 5050 triple row led light strips. Made of 6063-T5 high-quality aluminum alloy, this drywall led strip channel provides additional heatsinking and mechanical protection for the led light strip. PC opal led light diffuser covers make the led lighting more uniform and soft. 1m and 2m led aluminum profiles are available. Comes with end caps, the aluminum led diffuser channel is perfect for your residential and commercial linear lighting LED projects.
Note: The wings of 9035 mud-in led light channel diffuser are unpunched for now.
Note:
As the 2m and 3m led aluminum profiles are too light and long, the package size will exceed the DHL/UPS/TNT requirement(4feet), so extra long transportation costs ($170) will be required. The aluminum led strip lighting channel product itself is soft and easily damaged, so under normal circumstances, 2m and 3m extruded aluminum channels' MOQ is 10 pieces.
If you need a full 20-meter aluminum light diffuser channel, we recommend that you use 20 1-meter long led light strip channel splicing with some channel connectors, both sides of the product using industrial right angle cutting. After installation it does not affect the appearance.
