With 24mm/0.94in inner width, this led light diffuser aluminum profile can be recessed into walls or 17.5mm thick plasterboard, suitable for 20mm 2835 CCT double row led strip light. Made of 6063-T5 high-quality aluminum alloy, this led drywall channel provides additional heatsinking and mechanical protection for the led light strip. 3 kinds of PC led light diffuser covers make the led lighting more uniform and soft, the difference between the PC clear diffuser, PC semi-clear difuser, and PC opal matte diffuser is the transmittance. Each diffusion lighting effect is different. The farther the led strip is far away from the PC diffuser, the more uniform the led lighting will be. We also provide silver, white, and black aluminum led strip channels to meet your decoration style. 1m and 2m led aluminum profiles are available. Comes with end caps, the aluminum led diffuser channel is perfect for your residential and commercial linear lighting LED projects.
Note:
As the 2m and 3m led aluminum profiles are too light and long, the package size will exceed the DHL/UPS/TNT requirement(4feet), so extra long transportation costs ($170) will be required. The aluminum led strip lighting channel product itself is soft and easily damaged, so under normal circumstances, 2m and 3m extruded aluminum channels' MOQ is 10 pieces.
If you need a full 20-meter aluminum light diffuser channel, we recommend that you use 20 1-meter long led light strip channel splicing with some channel connectors, both sides of the product using industrial right angle cutting. After installation it does not affect the appearance.
