This product is a PIR Motion Sensor, which is compatible with LED stair light controllers like our CT3252. It can replace the plastic sensor that comes with other stair controllers. Made of aluminum alloy, the motion sensor has a textured look for your stylish and high-end staircases. It can sense your movements within 3 meters, and with a 120-degree sensor angle, give you a nice intelligent control.
PIR Motion Sensor features the detection of infrared rays emitted by the human body.
When the human body enters the detection range of the PIR sensor, the infrared rays emitted by it will be received by the sensor and converted into electrical signals, which will trigger the opening of the stair lights.
This sensing method can achieve automatic lighting on or off when the human body enters or leaves the detection range.
Note: this aluminum PIR infrared sensor cannot be used with ES32 stair light controller directly, please check the ER-C model that is compatible with ES32.
The extension cable is 5m/16.4ft long per piece.
