The heat resistant silicone cable is rated at 600V and can withstand temperatures up to 200℃, making it safe to use. The inner part of this UL 3122 wire is made of a tinned pure copper core, which is evenly distributed and not eccentric. The outer part is insulated with silicone, which is flexible and easy to install. At the same time, this silicone hook up wire adds a glass fiber braid layer outside the silicone coat, which has abrasion resistance and high tensile strength for long service life.
Currently, this silicone rubber glass braid wire is widely used on various occasions, especially where high-temperature resistance is required, including household appliance connections, LED lamp connections, industrial machine connections, and electric heating product connections. One roll of this braided wire cable is 100 meters (328ft) now, and there are various sizes for you to choose from, including 16AWG, 18AWG, and 20AWG to meet different needs. Five colors are available, including red, black, white, blue, and yellow-green to help you distinguish the glass fiber wire more easily. We also offer UL1569 certified wire, which uses PVC as insulation and has good flexibility, but withstands lower temperatures, up to 105℃.
