The BY-5010 (MS-5010) Model long aluminum channel has an ultra-slim profile, 49.5mm/1.95in wide but only 10mm/0.4in high. 10mm thickness provides the ultimate balance in commercial LED strip lighting - maintaining a slim and invisible appearance (reduced visual thickness) while extending the life of the LEDs through the aluminum heat dissipation structure for permanent installation.
It should be noted that the shallow aluminum housing of the 10mm thickness may have some impact on strip light diffusion. For better light uniformity, choose specially designed LED light strips, such as continuous cob strips or lenticular strips, which are mounted inside the aluminum channel to reduce the appearance of light spots.
The simple U-shape structure allows this BY-5010 Model to be fixed directly on the surface of the object through snap-in installation, you can also choose to embed it into the building or furniture structure to achieve an integrated lighting effect.
Our aluminum extrusion models are sold online in kits, this product includes one aluminum profile, one PC cover, two end caps, and two mounting clips.
Note: Since the profile is very shallow, for orders less than 10pcs we will charge extra shipping cost according to the actual logistics, because the package of aluminum profiles is an extra-long piece.
