The 30-90V DC to 24V DC power converter is a high-voltage, wide-input-range DC-DC buck switching regulator module that converts unstable high-voltage inputs into highly stable and clean 24V DC power. Its voltage is significantly higher than the common 12V/24V systems, and typically used in industrial, communication, and electricity applications, where the input voltage can fluctuate over a very wide range.
In LED lighting, particularly in high-power industrial, commercial, and outdoor lighting applications, this dc voltage buck converter module plays a crucial role. Many industrial parks, base stations, and solar streetlight systems utilize 48V or 72V DC backup power supplies. LED lights require constant voltage drive, and this buck module is responsible for efficiently “stepping down” high-voltage DC power such as 48V/72V into a stable 24V, providing the “operating voltage” for the downstream LED circuitry.
In long-distance power supply systems or grids connected to large equipment, voltage fluctuations can be significant. The wide input voltage range ensures that even with grid voltage fluctuations, the control section of the lighting fixtures can operate stably without rebooting or being damaged.

Notice:
It's recommended to use only 80% of the electrical capacity for LED lights. If used for motor-type equipment, the power should be at least three times the equipment's rated power.
