How to Install an LED Strip in This Neon Tube

Select a compatible IP20 LED strip with a maximum width of 10mm.
Securely tie the included pull-string to the end of your LED strip.
Gently pull the string from the opposite end of the silicone tube to guide the LED strip smoothly inside. Avoid forcing or bunching the strip.
For a weatherproof seal, apply silicone sealant to the end caps and press them firmly onto both ends of the tube.
Mount the finished neon flex assembly using mounting clips spaced appropriately to support the tube's weight and shape.
If you purchase both our LED strips and neon tubes, we offer a free neon light assembly service—simply leave a note in the comments section. For large quantities involving very short lengths of lighting, we will charge a customization fee.

⚠ Precautions

This product is a diffuser tube only; LED strip, power supply, controller, and end caps are sold separately.
Only use non-waterproof (IP20) LED strips. Waterproof strips with silicone coatings are too thick to fit.
Properly sealing the end caps with silicone adhesive is critical to achieving a high IP rating for outdoor use.
Do not bend the tube tighter than its specified minimum bend radius to avoid damaging the tube and the internal LED strip.
Power consumption and voltage drop are determined by the LED strip you install. Follow the strip's guidelines for maximum run length.
