This 10mm round 24V pixel neon LED strip light delivers a 320-degree circular light spread through UV-stabilized milky white silicone housing, engineered for direct-view architectural outline lighting, outdoor patios, and railings. Running on DC 24V with integrated WS2811 pixel control, each 100mm section functions as an independently addressable pixel zone (10 ICs per meter) using BRG color order. 

The 10mm miniature cylindrical profile enables tight contouring around building facades, outdoor deck posts, and patio handrails without visible hot spots. Unlike standard 12V rope lights that suffer from dimming, this system maintains uniform brightness with zero visible voltage drop across continuous runs up to 5 meters. 

Built for reliable outdoor performance, this fixture connects directly into our complete lineup of addressable LED neon lights and pairs with an external SPI LED Bluetooth controller and a dedicated DC 24V waterproof power supply.

How to Install and Wire This Pixel Neon LED Strip

  1. Inspect the product before mounting: Unroll the neon flex reel and connect it temporarily to your 24V power supply and SPI controller to verify full RGB operation across all pixels.
  2. Mount the neon body: Secure plastic mounting clips (sold separately) at intervals of 250mm to 300mm along your clean, dry mounting surface, then press the 10mm round silicone tube into the clips.
  3. Measure and trim length if needed: If adjustment is required, cut only at the marked 100mm black cut lines using an industrial utility blade. Cutting outside marked lines breaks the circuit of that 100mm pixel zone.
  4. Waterproof all cut ends: Slide a dedicated 10mm round silicone end cap over any cut end, inject neutral cure electronic silicone sealant, and allow 24 hours of curing before exposing the assembly to moisture.
  5. Connect signal and power wiring: Plug the input 3-pin JST-SM connector into your WS2811 SPI pixel controller. Connect Red wire to DC 24V positive (+), Green/middle wire to Data (DAT), and White/remaining wire to Ground (GND).
  6. Configure controller software: In your controller app or console, select IC type WS2811 and set the color data sequence to BRG. Set pixel count to 10 pixels per meter of connected length.
  7. Supply dedicated DC 24V power: Connect your waterproof 24V power supply directly to the DC input terminals. Ensure power supply capacity covers the total run length plus a 20% operating margin.

⚠ Precautions

  • Do not connect directly to 110V or 220V AC mains voltage; this fixture operates exclusively on DC 24V.
  • Verify controller color sequence is set to BRG; incorrect channel order causes swapped red, green, and blue outputs.
  • Never cut the neon while power is connected; disconnect the 24V power supply before trimming.
