Measuring 12x10mm in cross-section, this low-profile single color LED neon fixture can be surface-mounted or recessed directly into milled joinery channels. Built with an internal 120 LEDs/m SMD2835 flexible circuit, the internal LED strip features an exposed surface contact layer that allows you to cut the line at any point along its run and re-establish power using solderless push-fit connectors.

How to Measure, Cut, and Connect This Under Cabinet LED Tape Light

Measure the exact interior width or underside dimension of your cabinet where the LED tape light will sit.
Cut the LED tape light cleanly through the silicone body and PCB using sharp shear cutters at the exact needed length.
Insert the cut end firmly into our compatible solderless surface-contact terminal connector until the internal metal pins lock against the PCB traces. Connect the positive and negative terminals according to the LED strip.
Latch the connector cover closed and test the fixture with your DC 24V driver before securing into the cabinet channel.
Mount the neon body either by pressing it into a prepared 12mm wide by 10mm deep milled groove, or by securing mounting clips with screws (sold separately) every 300mm to 400mm.
Route the 24V low-voltage feed wire through a small drilled cabinet penetration to your designated 24V power supply.

⚠ Installation Precautions

Never connect this fixture directly to AC 110V or 220V mains power; a DC 24V constant voltage driver is mandatory.
Ensure all cuts are perpendicular (90 degrees) to maintain flat alignment against the surface contact connector pins.
Do not twist the neon body horizontally; bend only along its natural vertical curvature axis.
Seal end caps with neutral-cure silicone sealant if installing near steam zones, kitchen sinks, or humid prep areas.
