How to Use This Connector

  1. Ensure the power is disconnected before starting.
  2. Lift the clasp on the connector to open it.
  3. Carefully slide your 12mm 3-pin LED strip into the connector channel. Make sure the copper solder pads on the strip slide underneath the metal contact pins inside the connector.
  4. Check that the polarity markings on your strip align correctly with the intended wire functions (e.g., V+ to the red wire).
  5. Press the clasp down firmly until you hear and feel it 'snap' shut. This action pierces the contacts and secures the strip.
  6. Give the LED strip and wires a gentle tug to confirm the connection is secure.
  7. Connect the red, yellow, and white wire leads to the appropriate terminals on your LED controller or power supply.
