Application Scenarios
How to Install & Use This LED Strip
- Inspect the LED strip and connect the 3-pin JST-SM plug to an SP530E multi-protocol controller and a 24V power supply to test all color channels and data flow before installation.
- Measure the required run and cut the LED strip only along the marked copper solder lines spaced every 71.42mm.
- Join cut segments using solder or dedicated 3-pin addressable connectors, verifying correct polarity: Red to +24V, Green to DAT, and White to GND.
- Connect the data input tail (indicated by the directional arrows on the PCB) to your controller output and feed 24V power directly to prevent operational errors.
⚠ Precautions
- Always adhere this 23W/m LED strip to an aluminum channel; operating it unmounted or rolled on the plastic spool causes heat buildup and accelerates lumen depreciation.
- Ensure the controller SPI settings match the RGBWC channel order; incorrect IC channel mapping in the software will swap warm white, cool white, or color channels.
