It's large because LED strip lights are not one product.
A run fails on millimetres and grades: a strip 2 mm too wide for the LED aluminum channel, IP54 where the wall gets wet, 60 LEDs per metre where the ceiling shows every dot. Each axis below is a question a real project asked us. Multiply them together and you have the catalogue.

Take one addressable LED neon light kit from our catalogue. Ordering it means answering nine questions — LED controller type, IC type, diffuser, input voltage, plug type, cut length, wiring layout, mounting method and clips. That one product resolves into more valid builds than most competitors carry across their entire range. Get one of the nine wrong and the reel is scrap, which is why we would rather ask than assume.
LED channels sorted by how they mount, not by part number.
Roughly one order in ten here is housing rather than light — architects and installers often come to us for the extrusion first and pick the strip afterwards. LED aluminum channel, aluminum profile, aluminium extrusion, LED channel: four names for the same part, and we stock all of it. Our 702+ LED aluminum profiles are filed by mounting method, because that is the constraint you design around — you know the ceiling before you know the part number. Every entry lists its internal width, so you can confirm the strip fits before you order, and every one ships with the LED diffuser that suits it — frosted to hide dots, clear to keep output.

A working system, not a box of parts.
The LED strip light is the easy part — barely a fifth of what we stock. The call-backs come from the other four fifths: an LED power supply undersized for the run so the far end goes dim, an LED controller that cannot talk to the panel already on the wall, a channel 2 mm too narrow for the PCB. We carry every link in that chain and check them against each other before shipping, so it lights up the day it is unpacked.

Approve a sample run first if the project warrants it. Production ships worldwide by DHL or UPS, duty handled for US destinations.

Can I get an LED strip light sample?
Samples travel with your order rather than on their own — tell us which ones you want and we'll include them free. We stopped shipping standalone samples because the volume of requests was slowing down real projects.
What about wholesale pricing?
Every quote is built per project, because quantity and destination change the number significantly. Order 20 units or more of a single model and you get a one-to-one quote rather than list price.
Do you make custom LED strip lights?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we ship. Custom cut lengths, custom connectors, custom colour temperature binning, custom PCB widths, private-label reels, and LED neon lights bent to a shape you supply. Send the drawing and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth building — sometimes a stocked model gets you 95% of the way for a fifth of the cost, and we will say so.
Which LED controller protocols do you support?
All the ones a specification is likely to call for — DMX512/RDM, DALI, 0/1-10V, Triac, Zigbee, WiFi and Bluetooth — across six LED controller brands stocked side by side: Ltech, SkyDance, Miboxer, BinColor, LeyNew and Sunricher. If your wall panel speaks it, we almost certainly stock an LED controller that answers — and the LED power supply sized to sit behind it.
How long does shipping take?
DHL Express 3–5 days, USPS 7–12 days. US orders ship duty-free — under $500 via the UPS duty-free channel in 4–6 days, $500 and over by DHL Express in 2–4 days.
What if it's wrong when it arrives?
180-day return policy and a replacement in the post. Send a photo to the orders contact and skip the form — they'll sort it out.
Why trust an LED strip light supplier in Shenzhen?
Look at the repeat rate in the numbers at the top of this page rather than at anything we say about ourselves.
