How to Buy from SuperLightingLED
Most of what you see on this site is on the shelf in our Shenzhen warehouse: pick the reel, the colour and the length, pay by PayPal, card or bank transfer, and standard orders such as accessories and controllers ship within 24–48 hours; orders with LED strips follow the production lead time shown on the product page, and if none is shown our team will confirm it. Need a length, connector or colour temperature that is not on the list? Say so in the order notes — we run our own production line, so we can cut, solder and seal it for you before it goes in the box. This page walks through the whole thing: ordering, custom requests, every way to pay, and what happens after you click Confirm.
Checkout takes four steps
You do not need to talk to anyone first. If you already know what you want, the whole thing takes a couple of minutes.
1. Sign in or create an account
New here? Create an account — it takes one minute and lets you track orders, download invoices and reorder later. Returning customer? Sign in. You can keep up to five delivery addresses in your address book and pick any of them at checkout.
2. Add products with the right options
On each product page choose the voltage, colour, length, waterproof rating and any accessories, then add to cart. Not sure your list is complete? Send us the list and we will check it or build the cart for you.
3. Choose a shipping method
Express (DHL / UPS), a duty-included channel for the US, or tracked air mail for parcels under 1 kg. Orders over $299 ship free. The exact cost is calculated from weight and destination — details on the shipping page.
4. Pay, add a coupon and any notes
Pick PayPal, card or bank transfer, enter a coupon code if you have one, and use the order notes for anything special: custom lengths, connector types, delivery instructions, or a preferred declared value.
Ordering something that is not a standard reel
Almost every LED strip on the site is sold in 5 m (16.4 ft) reels. If you need something else, here is how to ask for it — and what it costs.
Custom lengths
- For one or two strips we join or cut for free — for example two 5 m reels made into one 10 m run. Just write it in the order notes.
- For many short pieces (say twenty 0.66 m sections) each cut needs a soldered end, so add the soldering service once per piece. Tell us whether you want wires or a connector on one end or both, and which type; cables and connectors are bought separately from LED strip accessories.
- If a strip is only sold by the 5 m reel and you need 3 m, order one reel; for 70 ft (21.3 m) order five reels and we will join them.
- Thick wire on a narrow strip does not always fit — ask before ordering if you plan to use anything heavier than 18 AWG.
Neon flex assemblies
- Buy the same length of LED strip and silicone neon diffuser and we thread the strip into the tube for free. Use an IP20 strip: the silicone tube provides the protection.
- Tell us indoor or outdoor (outdoor ends are sealed with glue), and whether the cable exits at one end or both, straight or from the bottom. Sealed outdoor pieces must not be pulled hard — the PCB inside can break.
- End caps (two per piece), mounting clips (two per metre) and straight or bendable aluminium channels are in neon flex accessories. Channels are 1 m by default; ask for 2 m if you need it.
- With power fed from both ends, one continuous run can be up to 5 m at 5 V, 10 m at 12 V and 15 m at 24 V. Longer? Ask us first.
- The finished tube is about 2 cm longer than the strip inside, and strips can only be cut at their cut marks, so state whether the length you need is the strip or the whole neon piece.
Waterproof LED strips and adding to an order
- IP65/IP67/IP68 LED strips normally come with red/black wires or a JST plug; note it if you need IP68 waterproof connectors instead. IP67 and IP68 sealing adds a little to the overall length, so tell us if a limit applies to the whole piece rather than the PCB.
- Need to add something after placing your order? If it has not shipped yet, contact us promptly — we can add the products to your order by charging you the price difference.
- If the first order did not reach $299, or the new one does, simply place a second order — we will combine the shipment.

PayPal and cards for most orders, bank transfer for the big ones
Every option is fee-free on our side. What you choose mainly depends on the order size and on what your own bank makes easy.
PayPal, credit and debit cards
The fastest option and the one we recommend for orders up to about $3,000. At checkout you can pay with a PayPal balance, or with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover through PayPal without opening a PayPal account. You get PayPal buyer protection, we never see your card number, and there is no fee on top of the order total.
- Choose PayPal at the payment step; on the PayPal page pick Pay with card if you do not want to log in.
- Our PayPal account is [email protected]. If you have a custom quote that the cart cannot price, you can also send that amount to paypal.me/sllpayment — change the number at the end of the link to your total, then email us your address and phone number.
- Bank and card charges from your side, if any, are yours; we do not add anything.

Bank transfer at a glance
- Local transfer in your currency — USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, BRL, GHS. Same-day in most cases, no wire fee.
- USD by SWIFT from anywhere — JPMorgan Hong Kong (recommended) or JPMorgan New York.
- Other currencies by SWIFT — DBS Hong Kong, 5–7 days, with country restrictions.
- Choose Checkout with Bank Transfer at the payment step; the same account list is shown there and emailed with your order confirmation.
Cash on delivery is not available; every order is paid in full before it ships.
Bank transfer accounts
For company purchases and larger orders, pay straight into one of our accounts. SuperLightingLED keeps eleven receiving accounts in eight banks so that most customers can pay in their own currency through a local transfer (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, PIX and so on) — usually same-day and with no wire fee. Rule 1 — same currency as the account
Each account accepts only its own currency. Sending USD into the EUR account (or the other way round) gets the payment bounced back and delays your order.
Rule 2 — paying USD from outside the US
Use the JPMorgan Hong Kong account (most stable, fewest country restrictions) or DBS. If your payment platform insists on a US domestic account and address, use the JPMorgan New York account.
Rule 3 — match the website currency
Before adding items to the cart, switch the currency selector at the top of the site to the currency you will send (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD) so the order total and the transfer are the same number. An order of $300 paid as CAD 300 cannot be processed. Paying in BRL or GHS? Order in USD and email us first — we confirm the exact local amount before you transfer.
JPMorgan — New York (USD)
For payments that must go to a US domestic bank account and US address (for example platforms such as Within Reach).
JPMorgan — Hong Kong (USD, recommended)
Our most stable account for high-value orders and for customers in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and other regions where banks apply restrictions.
DBS Bank — Hong Kong (multi-currency)
Since 22 July 2026 this account cannot receive payments from Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Venezuela, Ukraine, Iraq, Yemen, Azerbaijan, Lebanon or Palestine — those transfers are returned by the bank. Customers there should use the JPMorgan Hong Kong account.
What happens next
From the moment your payment clears, the order is in our warehouse queue. Here is the sequence and where to look if something seems slow.
Confirmation and packing
You get an order confirmation email immediately. Standard orders such as accessories and controllers are picked, tested and packed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, Chinese public holidays excepted). Orders with LED strips follow the production lead time shown on the product page; if none is shown, our team will confirm it. Custom lengths and neon assemblies are made, powered up and checked before packing.
Tracking
A tracking number is added to your order and emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. Not there? Check the junk folder, then look under My Account → order history, where you can also download the invoice as a PDF.
Delivery times
DHL Express typically 2–5 days, UPS 3–6 days, tracked air mail 7–12 days. Long profiles, remote addresses and peak seasons add time; the current situation is always on the shipping page.
If we have to refund you
Very rarely we cancel and refund an order: usually because the PayPal name and address do not match the shipping address and we could not reach you within five days, or because an item is temporarily out of stock. We always email or call first.
What is and is not included in the price
Prices on the site contain no Chinese tax or hidden charges. What can be added on your side is listed here so there are no surprises at the door.
Import duty and VAT
Any import duty or VAT levied by your country’s customs is paid by the receiver; it is not included in the product price or the shipping fee. For the US we offer a duty-included express channel where we settle the duty with the carrier — see the shipping page for how it works.
How the parcel is declared
By default we declare the full value you paid, which is what you need if your company wants to book the purchase or claim the duty back. If you have a specific requirement, tell us in the order notes before we ship; the trade-offs are explained on the shipping page.
Reselling or drop-shipping?
If you ship SuperLightingLED products on to your own customers, the tax rules of your country and the destination country apply to you as the seller, and your customers should know they may owe duty on receipt.
Login, cart and payment problems — and the quick fixes
Cannot log in or add to cart
- Two wrong passwords in a row temporarily lock the login for security. Wait a few minutes, or use forgot password to reset it.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies (Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows, Cmd + Shift + Delete on Mac) and try again.
- Try another browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge all work.
- Still stuck? Tell us what you were trying to do and we will sort it out or place the order for you.
PayPal error codes
If PayPal shows a code such as 10486, 10417, 15005, 15006 or 15007, your bank declined the card or the funding source. Go back to PayPal and choose a different card or your PayPal balance, check that the billing address matches the card, or ask your bank why the transaction was refused. 10736 means the shipping city, state and post code do not agree — correct the address and try again. 13113 means PayPal itself will not process this payment: use a different funding source or pay by bank transfer instead.
Need to change or cancel?
Orders that have not shipped can be changed or cancelled — contact us with the order number as soon as possible. Once a parcel has left we cannot recall it, but our 60-day return policy still applies. Goods damaged in transit: photograph the box and contents and let us know within 72 hours.
Frequently asked before ordering
Which currencies can I see prices in?
US dollars, euros, pounds sterling, Canadian and Australian dollars — use the selector at the top of any page. Orders are settled in the currency shown at checkout.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, worldwide. A few destinations have carrier restrictions (for example India ships by FedEx only); the shipping page lists them.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One reel, one connector, one metre of profile — all fine. Free shipping starts at $299.
Can I get a quote or a proforma invoice first?
Yes. Send the list of models and quantities through the contact form and we will reply with a PI you can pay by bank transfer.
Can you build the cart for me?
Send us your room sizes or a rough plan and we will put together the strip, power supply, controller and profile you need, then send you a link to the filled cart.
