Single Color 2CH Dimmer Series
42 productsThe MiBoxer (Mi-Light) Single-Color Dimmer Series provides a convenient solution for switching and dimming constant-voltage single-color LED strip lights. Designed for straightforward brightness adjustment and reliable everyday lighting control, these controllers are suitable for applications ranging from subtle accent lighting and under-cabinet illumination to larger residential and commercial lighting installations.
To accommodate different installation sizes and wiring requirements, the series offers output-current options ranging from 6A to 30A, depending on the model, along with configurations featuring 1 to 5 output channels. This variety allows installers to select a suitable controller for different load requirements and distribute power to multiple 12V, 24V, or 48V single-color LED strip runs where supported.
With compatible MiBoxer (Mi-Light) wireless remotes and other supported control options, users can conveniently adjust light intensity to suit different activities, spaces, and ambiance preferences. Whether you are installing a simple single-strip dimming setup or coordinating multiple lighting runs within a larger project, SuperLightingLED™ offers a range of MiBoxer single-color controllers to help you find a suitable solution for your LED lighting application.
Always check the individual model specifications for input voltage, output-current limits, channel configuration, and remote compatibility before purchasing.

FAQ About Single Color 2CH Dimmer Series
Direct engineering answers on wiring, load limits, RF pairing, and protocol conversion for 2-channel single-color LED controllers.
You can connect two independent single-color LED strip runs to one 2CH controller provided both runs share the same operating voltage and total current stays within the controller limit. For instance, our 20A PR2 provides two output channels handling up to 10A each, or 20A combined. In single-color mode, both LED strip runs dim simultaneously from a single remote zone or mobile app slider. If you need completely independent on/off and brightness control over each strip, use two separate 1-channel dimmers instead.
Strip roughly 8 mm to 10 mm of outer insulation from your 2-conductor lead wire, press the spring-lever release on the controller, insert the bare copper, and let go. Tool-free models like the E2 series grip stranded wire between 20 AWG and 14 AWG without wire nuts or jeweler screwdrivers. Match the positive lead to the V+ terminal and the negative wire to either output channel. For step-by-step schematics and terminal diagrams, consult our single-color wiring guide.
Models specified for DC12-48V wide-voltage input, such as the PR2 and LC2-RF, power 48V constant-voltage tape lights directly without step-down modules. Most standard RF dimmers cap out at 24V DC, which destroys internal MOSFETs if connected to 48V commercial rails. A 48V setup cuts operating amperage by 50% compared to 24V, allowing single feeds to travel up to 20 meters without visible luminance drop at the far end.
Up to 12 separate MiBoxer 2.4GHz RF remotes and wall panels can sync to a single receiver box simultaneously. For example, you can pair a handheld remote like the FUT087, an in-wall rotary knob like the K0S, and a wireless push-panel switch like the PUSH3-2 to the exact same ceiling run. To pair, shut off DC power to the controller, restore power, and tap the remote's zone ON button 3 times within 3 seconds until the LEDs flash.
RF transmission drops substantially when the receiver is mounted inside a metal junction box or tucked directly behind an aluminum duct. Standard 2.4GHz radio waves carry roughly 30 meters through open air, but metal enclosures attenuate RF signals by 80% to 90%. Move the controller outside the metal chassis, or arrange controllers within 30 meters of one another so the automatic signal-transmitting mesh can relay commands from unit to unit across the jobsite.
A physical 'SET' button next to the terminal block toggles the controller between monochrome dimming and tunable white mode. Short-press the button until the indicator light turns red for single-color mode, or green for dual-white CCT mode. In red mode, both output terminals adjust simultaneously from single-zone brightness remotes. In green mode, channel 1 controls warm white diodes and channel 2 controls cool white diodes across 3-wire tape.
