Commercial LED Neon Display With Wide LED Strip Lights
This commercial light diffusers series is built specifically for multi-row and ultra-wide LED strips with PCBs up to 30mm across, designed to meet the uniform light diffusion need for residential and commercial lighting applications. Modern commercial lighting systems often require LED strip light for visual effect, design aesthetics, and overall ambiance of the space. When your design calls for a substantial, seamless glow, the combination of LED strip and flexible neon housing is the ideal choice.
Made from flexible, UV-resistant silicone, these diffusers transform the distinct dots of powerful LED strips into one continuous, uniform bar of light. The material is naturally waterproof to an IP67 rating when sealed correctly, making it a reliable choice for landscape lighting, building facades, and large-scale commercial interiors. We stock these in continuous rolls up to 50 meters, so you can create long, unbroken runs without joints or seams.

Frequently Asked Questions About 14-30mm Silicone Neon Diffusers
Got a question about choosing or installing these large-format diffusers? After 12 years on the support desk, I've probably heard it. Here are the most common ones we get.
These large silicone diffusers are flexible, which means you can create smooth curves that are impossible with a rigid aluminum channel. They're also designed as a complete housing, often reaching an IP67 waterproof rating once you seal the ends. It's a much more direct path to a durable, weatherproof, and bendable linear light.
We only use high-grade silicone, and there's a good reason for that. When you look at the pros and cons of PVC vs silicone for lighting, silicone is the clear winner for longevity. It doesn't yellow in the sun or get brittle in the cold like PVC will. That UV degradation is the number one killer of outdoor plastic diffusers.
Yes, many of our wider profiles are built for exactly that. Models like our 70mm wide diffuser have enough internal space to comfortably fit two 15mm or 20mm strips next to each other. It's an effective way to create a very bright, wide line of light for architectural features without having to align two separate fixtures.
It's usually about the distance from the LED chip to the diffusion material. Even with dense 120 LED strip lights, if the strip sits too low in a large diffuser, you can still see the individual diodes. For a perfectly spotless line in these big profiles, you need an extremely dense strip like COB, or you have to make sure the strip is positioned right up against the inside of the diffusion surface.
Only specific models designed for it. A standard decorative diffuser will not hold up to foot traffic. You need a profile that is specifically sold for recessed floor or stair use. These have much thicker walls and are typically made from a harder durometer silicone to withstand compression and impact without failing.
A flanged diffuser has a small lip on each side that sits on top of the surface, neatly covering the edges of your cutout. It's more forgiving. A trimless, or plaster-in, diffuser is designed to sit completely flush, allowing you to run your drywall mud or plaster right up to the edge of the light for a totally seamless, integrated look. It requires more precise finishing work but the result is very clean.
That's a simple way to know the external dimensions in millimeters. A '4025' diffuser is 40mm wide by 25mm tall. A '5020' is 50mm wide by 20mm tall. It helps you quickly match the profile to the groove you're creating for it. Just remember to always double-check the mechanical drawing on the product page for the *internal* width to be sure your LED strip will fit.
Yes, of course. We stock these in long continuous rolls, often up to 50 meters, so we can cut precisely the length you need. We can also pre-install the LED strip, solder on the exact lead wires you specify, and seal the ends for a ready-to-install fixture. Just send us a sketch of your project. An engineer will spec out the parts and send a wiring plan, usually the same day, with no fee or obligation.
It's pretty simple. The food-grade silicone we use is very non-porous and resists staining. For most dirt and dust, a soft cloth with a bit of mild dish soap and water is all it takes. Just be sure to avoid any harsh chemical cleaners, solvents, or anything abrasive, as that can damage the surface over time.
