Dual Color CCT 3CH Dimmer Series
42 productsThe MiBoxer (Mi-Light) Dual Color CCT Controller Series is designed for constant-voltage tunable white LED strip lighting, allowing users to adjust both brightness and color temperature to create different lighting atmospheres.
The range includes 3-wire CCT controllers for conventional dual-white LED strips, typically featuring a shared positive terminal and separate cool-white (CW) and warm-white (WW) outputs. By independently adjusting the two white-light channels, these controllers can blend warm and cool white light to achieve the desired color temperature. For installations using 2-wire CCT LED strips, MiBoxer also offers compatible controllers specifically designed for this wiring configuration.
Depending on the model, control options include 2.4GHz RF wireless remotes, app-based smart control through a compatible gateway or built-in Wi-Fi, and other supported smart lighting integrations.
With model-dependent voltage and output-current options, MiBoxer Dual Color CCT controllers provide flexible solutions for residential lighting, commercial interiors, hospitality spaces, and other applications requiring adjustable white light.
Before purchasing, verify the controller's supported wiring configuration, input voltage, output capacity, and control-system compatibility to ensure proper operation with your 12V, 24V, or 48V color temperature adjustable LED strip.

FAQ About Dual Color CCT 3CH Dimmer Series
Direct technical answers on wiring, protocol matching, voltage limits, and channel balancing for MiBoxer dual-color tunable white controllers.
CCT in lighting stands for Correlated Color Temperature, which measures how warm or cool white light appears in Kelvin (K). A dedicated CCT controller manages two separate LED channels—warm white (typically 2700K) and cool white (typically 6500K). By shifting pulse-width modulation (PWM) duty cycles between the two channels, the controller blends them smoothly to hit any intermediate shade, such as 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K, while keeping your overall brightness steady.
Wiring a 3-wire dual white LED strip lights run requires connecting the common positive lead to the controller's V+ terminal, then landing the two negative return leads onto CW- and WW-. On MiBoxer units like the FUT035S+ or PR2, the terminal block is clearly marked V+, WW, and CW. Strip your wire back 6 mm to 8 mm so bare copper doesn't short against adjacent screw terminals, tighten firmly, and verify your polarity before clicking the power supply on. If you want a deep dive into color temperatures before landing your wires, check our LED color temperature guide.
Standard 3-channel CCT dimmers cannot directly drive 2-wire CCT LED strip lights because they depend on a shared positive rail and two separate negative return lines. Two-wire CCT tape uses reverse-polarity driving, where changing polarity flips between warm and cool diodes. If you have 2-wire tape, you need dedicated polarity-reversing controllers like the LC2-RF or LC2-ZR rather than standard 3-wire units. Forcing 2-wire tape into a 3-terminal V+/WW/CW block will only illuminate one color channel or fail to light entirely.
When adjusting color temperature on dual white LED strip lights yields cool white instead of warm, your negative channel leads are swapped at the controller output. Turn off your 24V power supply, disconnect the wires landed in WW- and CW-, switch their positions, and screw them back down. The controller has no way of detecting which physical diode phosphor is connected to which screw terminal; it simply outputs warm PWM duty cycle on WW- and cool on CW-.
MiBoxer wireless CCT dimmers communicate via 2.4GHz RF, Zigbee 3.0, or WiFi, meaning they cannot directly decode wired DALI bus broadcast or DT8 commands. If your job specifies a hardwired building management network, do not try to adapt wireless receivers; instead, look at our DALI series where we stock 112 models of dedicated wired decoders that translate DALI DT8 tunable white signals straight into constant-voltage PWM outputs.
Running 48V tunable white LED strip lights works only on wide-voltage controllers like the PR2 or LC2-RF, which accept DC12V up to 48V input. Most standard MiBoxer models (such as FUT035S+ or FUT035W+) have an upper limit of DC24V; connecting a 48V power supply to a 24V-rated controller will blow the onboard capacitors immediately. Always check the stamped voltage window on the receiver casing before landing your driver secondary wires.
MiBoxer 2.4GHz RF CCT controllers include automatic signal re-transmission and auto-synchronization. Each controller acts as a repeater, passing the remote control signal to adjacent receivers up to 30 meters away. As long as every receiver sits within 30 meters of another one, you can link dozens of controllers across an entire floor plan to a single handheld remote or rotary wall panel, and all zones will fade brightness and shift color temperature in sync.
