What we commit to before you pay: how your payment is protected, when your LED strips leave our warehouse, what happens if one fails, and which certificates stand behind them. It is all on this page — there is no small print somewhere else.
Your LED strip order is paid the safe way
Payment is the first thing a new customer worries about, so here is exactly who touches your money and your card number.
PayPal, cards and Pay Later
Card and PayPal payments run through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Pay Later — you do not need a PayPal account to use a card. Your card number goes to PayPal, never to our server.
PayPal’s own Purchase Protection applies to eligible orders, on top of everything else on this page.
Bank transfer in your currency
For larger LED strip orders you can pay by bank transfer. We hold 11 receiving accounts at 8 banks, so most customers can pay in their own currency and often avoid an international wire fee. Account details and the order-number reference are on How to Buy.
The price you confirm is the price
The store shows USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD. The amount on your order confirmation is what you pay — we do not add a conversion margin; any conversion is done by your card issuer or PayPal.
Orders ship after payment clears. Nobody asks you for a deposit on stock items.
If an LED strip arrives wrong or stops working
Most problems we see are a loose connector, a wrong voltage or a controller that was never paired — so the first step is always a conversation, not a return label.
What to do, step by step
- Email [email protected] or use Contact Us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.
- An engineer looks at it within 48 hours. Often it is fixed right there — a wiring change, a setting, a pairing step.
- If the LED strip or part is faulty, we send a free replacement or refund you to the original payment method. You do not pay for shipping on a quality issue.
- Not a fault, you simply changed your mind? Stock items that are unused and resaleable can come back within 60 days of the ship date; you pay the postage back to us, and on an exchange we pay to send the new one out.
How long each LED strip product is covered

When your LED strips ship, and how you track them
Most LED strips, profiles and controllers ship straight from our shelves. Anything built to your spec takes longer, and the timing is stated up front.
In stock: 1–2 business days
Stock orders leave Monday to Friday. The tracking number is emailed to you and added to your account within 24 hours of dispatch.
Made to order: about 7–10 days
Cut-to-length strips, soldered kits and custom profiles are built after payment. If the lead time is going to run longer, we tell you before we ship, not after.
Free shipping over $299
Orders over $299 ship free. Below that, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay — weight and destination, nothing added afterwards except remote-area or oversize surcharges, which checkout also shows.
Customs, decided up front
At checkout you choose how the parcel is declared, and US customers can pick a duty-included channel. What that means for you is spelled out on Shipping & Returns.
The certificates behind our LED strip lights
A certificate is issued for specific model series, not for a whole shop. So instead of a wall of logos, here are the documents themselves, with their dates.
All six were issued to Superlightingled Optoelectronic (Asia) Co., Ltd, the Hong Kong company behind SuperLightingLED, for the LED strip series named on each page. Click one to read it in full. For the exact product in your cart, ask us and we send the file that applies — and we will tell you plainly if there is no certificate for it.
Power supplies are where certification matters most for a US or Canadian electrician. We stock UL-listed drivers in 12V and 24V, alongside the rest of our LED power supplies.
Custom LED strip orders: what changes, what does not
Everything above applies to stock items. When we build something to your spec, three things change — and we would rather you hear them here.
We confirm before we build
Length, voltage, connector and wire exit come from the options you pick. If anything in the spec looks inconsistent, we email you to confirm before we cut.
No change-of-mind returns
A custom build cannot be resold, so it only comes back for a quality fault. The 1–5 year warranty still applies in full.
Lead time in writing
Usually 7–10 days for a cut-and-solder job. Larger runs get a lead time on the quote, and if it slips we tell you before it does.
Start with a stock part and change one thing, or bring a drawing: custom lighting services. Most customers begin with single colour LED strips, addressable LED strips or aluminium profiles and ask us to cut, solder or pre-wire them. Help with your LED strip project, for as long as you own it
The guarantee that gets used the most is not the warranty — it is being able to ask someone who wires LED strips every day.
Wiring diagrams
Single colour, RGB, RGBW, addressable, DALI, DMX, 0–10V: the diagram for your setup, drawn wire by wire.
Spec sheets and manuals
Datasheets, controller manuals and DIP-switch tables in the spec sheet library — searchable by model.
Ask an engineer
Voltage drop over a long run, how many drivers, which controller pairs with which remote: send us the details. Year six gets the same answer as week one.
