17 sub-categoriesLow voltage LED strip lights and low voltage light fixtures require a low voltage LED transformer with a corresponding DC voltage to make the LED lights work. We offer numerous types and wattages of LED power supplies to suit your LED lighting project requirements. Here you can find LED driver replacements for 5V LED lights, 12V LED lights, 24V LED lights, 36V LED lights, and 48V LED lights.
What is LED Power Supply? What is an LED Driver? What is an LED Transformer?
LED light power supply is an essential part of LED light strip working. it is also known as LED light transformer and LED light driver. We know that most LED strip light work under low voltage like DC5V, DC12V, or DC24V, they cannot connect to AC110V or AC220V line voltage directly, so that's why you need a LED light strip power supply.
LED transformer converts dangerous high voltage to safe low voltage to allow low-consumption led strip to be plugged into the home electrical system. Our LED driver power supply with AC110V~AC220V input, outputs DC5V~48V to run LED strips safely.

WiFi RF Power Adaper
A Smart LED Driver combines an LED power supply and LED controller in one integrated unit, simplifying the installation, wiring, and control of LED strip lighting. Instead of connecting a separate power adapter and controller, a smart driver can provide the required DC output while also receiving wireless control commands through technologies such as RF, WiFi, or Bluetooth.
These smart drivers can be used with DC12V or DC24V low-voltage LED strips. The integrated design makes them a convenient solution for residential lighting, cabinet and furniture lighting, accent lighting, DIY projects, and other installations where space, wiring, and simple operation are important.
How Do You Connect a Smart LED Driver?
The basic connection is simple: AC Power → Smart LED Driver → LED Strip. For a typical DC12V or DC24V installation, connect the AC input to the smart driver's power input and connect the driver's DC output to the corresponding V+ / V− terminals of a single-color LED strip, or to the appropriate multi-channel outputs for CCT, RGB, RGBW, or RGBCCT strips, depending on the driver.
Once powered, pair the RF remote or connect the WiFi/Bluetooth driver to the compatible App or smart-home system. The integrated controller then manages the LED output without requiring a separate external LED controller.
When selecting a smart LED driver, make sure the input voltage, output voltage, LED type, channel configuration, maximum load, and wireless control method match your LED strip and application.

TRIAC 0/1-10V PWM Dimmable Driver
A 5-in-1 dimmable LED driver combines an LED power supply with compatibility for five widely used dimming methods: TRIAC, 0-10V, 1-10V, PWM, and Resistance Dimming. Instead of choosing a power supply that is limited to one specific dimming system, this type of driver gives installers and lighting designers greater flexibility when matching the power supply to an existing dimmer, control system, or project requirement.
The five dimming methods cover different types of residential, commercial, and professional lighting control. TRIAC dimming is commonly used with AC wall dimmers; 0-10V and 1-10V are widely used in building and commercial lighting control systems; PWM dimming is suitable for LED controllers and PWM-based lighting systems; and Resistance Dimming provides a simple way to adjust brightness through a variable resistance control. The driver converts the selected control input into the appropriate output regulation for the connected LED load.
SuperLightingLED also offers 6-in-1 dimmable LED drivers, expanding the compatibility of our multi-mode driver platform to include DALI-2 DT6 and DT8, in addition to TRIAC, 0-10V, 1-10V, PWM, and Resistance Dimming. These drivers provide greater flexibility for projects that require integration with modern DALI-based lighting control systems.

LED TRIAC 0-10V 2in1 Dimmable Driver
When your LED lighting project requires dimming, choosing a driver that matches the existing control system can simplify installation and avoid unnecessary compatibility issues. SuperLightingLED TRIAC & 0-10V 2-in-1 Dimmable LED Drivers combine two widely used dimming methods—TRIAC and 0-10V—in a single LED power supply, giving installers greater flexibility without adding unnecessary control functions.
TRIAC dimming is commonly used with residential and retrofit lighting systems, where the LED driver is controlled by a compatible AC phase-cut wall dimmer. 0-10V dimming, on the other hand, is widely used in commercial, architectural, and building lighting systems where a low-voltage analog control signal is used to adjust LED brightness. With both methods supported by one driver, the same product can be used for different types of projects depending on the available dimming infrastructure.

What Size Power Supply Should I Use For LED Striplights?
Regardless of the type of led strip, the power supply for LED lighting should have more capacity than the wattage of the light tape, preferably between 1.2 times and 2 times. This way the whole LED strip light power supply system will work longer.
For example, if your COB LED lights has a working ampere of 5A, then you have to choose a power supply of 5A*1.2 (6A) or 5A*2 (10A), deciding on the right ampere power supply is crucial for LED tape lights.
How to Calculate Power For LED Strip Lights?
How to Select Power Supply For LED Strip?
If you just want to choose a led strip power supply to drive your lights, just choose a standard led tape power supply. Note that the output voltage of the power supply should be the same as the working voltage of the led tape light.
LED lights power supply is usually divided into DC desktop power supply (plastic shell power supply), Meanwell switching power supply (certified), dimming power supply and so on. Desktop power supply with DC head, easy to connect; Meanwell power supply needs hard wiring; dimming power supply is suitable for the needs of people with dimming.
How to Choose LED Strip Light Power Supply?
LED Power Supply VS. Dimmable LED Driver
LED power supply or LED driver with dimmable ability is to adapt 0/1-10V, TRIAC, and PWM dimming. It is a different type from normal standard power supply.
How to Wire A LED Power Supply?

LED Power Supplies & Drivers FAQ Guide
It depends on your LED strip control needs. If you only need to turn your lights on/off via a wall switch or plug, a standard power supply is sufficient. If you want to control your lights via an app, voice, or remote without adding a separate controller, choose an intelligent (smart) power supply. If you plan to use a wall dimmer (like a Triac or 0-10V system), you must select a dimmable LED driver.
You must match the input requirements of your LED strip. Most flexible LED strips operate on low voltage DC (5V, 12V, 24V, 36V or 48V) and require a DC power supply (transformer). Only specific "High Voltage" light strips connect directly to AC outlets. Always check the voltage label on your strip before connecting.
Absolutely not. Using a power supply with the wrong voltage (e.g., a 24V adapter on a 12V strip) will instantly burn out your LEDs. Additionally, the power supply must have a high enough wattage rating to handle the total load of the strip lights. Using an underpowered adapter will cause it to overheat and fail.
No. On most constant voltage LED power drivers, the wattage is shared. For example, if a 150W driver has three sets of output terminals, it doesn't necessarily mean 50W per channel; you can draw 100W from one and 25W from the others, provided the total combined wattage does not exceed 150W.
Yes, you can. You can connect multiple LED tape strips in parallel (running multiple wires back to the same output terminal). However, ensure that the total wattage of all combined strips does not exceed 80% of the power supply's rated capacity for optimal longevity.
Yes, you can. As long as the power supply can handle the load of both controllers and light strips. For example, if both light strips are 100 watts each, the controller must be rated at least 5A@24V or 10A@12V or 2.5A@48V. You can use a 250W/300W/350W power supply to connect both controllers and light strips in parallel.
No. Typically, only "Desktop" or "Wall-plug" power adapters come with a pre-installed DC barrel jack (usually 5.5mm x 2.1mm). Industrial "Metal Case" switching power supplies and waterproof drivers usually use screw terminals or hardwire leads for a more secure, permanent connection.
Yes, this is actually recommended. A power supply’s wattage rating represents its maximum capacity, not its constant output. The LED strip will only "pull" the power it needs. Using a higher-rated power supply (e.g., a 100W supply for a 20W strip) allows the unit to run cooler and last much longer.
If the power supply cannot provide enough current, you may experience flickering, visible dimming, or the power supply making a high-pitched "whining" noise. In extreme cases, the driver will overheat, trigger its internal protection circuit to shut down, or significantly shorten its lifespan.
Distance causes voltage drop. If the power supply is more than 20–30 feet away, the resistance in the wire will cause the LEDs to be dimmer. To fix this, you should use a thicker gauge wire (lower AWG) or move the power supply closer to the lights.
