Superlightingled built-in IC flexible pixel screen uses the world's first built-in IC series lamp beads. It is a high-quality flexible led pixel screen that drives and emits light. It is composed of an externally pressurized copper circuit board. Addressable RGB LED light is a very stable performance and very high brightness driver Lamp beads.
WS2812B is an intelligent externally controlled LED light source integrating control circuit and light-emitting circuit. Its appearance is the same as a 5050LED lamp bead, and each element is a pixel. The pixel point contains an intelligent digital interface data latch signal shaping amplifier drive circuit, a high-precision internal oscillator and a 12V high-voltage programmable constant current control part, which effectively ensures the colour height of the pixel point light is consistent.
The data protocol adopts a single-wire return-to-zero code communication method. After the pixel is power-on reset, the DIN terminal accepts the data transmitted from the controller. The first 24bit data sent is extracted by the first pixel and sent to the inside of the pixel. After the remaining data is reshaped and amplified by the internal shaping processing circuit, the remaining data is forwarded and output to the next cascade pixel through the DO port. After each pixel is transmitted, the signal is reduced by 24bit. Pixels adopt automatic shaping and forwarding technology so that the number of cascaded pixels is not limited by signal transmission, only limited by signal transmission speed requirements.
Neopixels LED has the advantages of low voltage drive, environmental protection and energy saving, high brightness, large scattering angle, good consistency, ultra-low power, and ultra-long life. Integrating the control circuit on the LED makes the circuit more concise, compact, slim, and flexible design, which does not occupy space and can be used for education and product display.
