Product Information

1. The WS2818 LED strip is addressable light, breakpoint- continue, and can be programmed and controlled by the help of controller.

2. Dual signal line version and signal breakpoint continuous transmission. If a LED damage, the work of other LEDs will not be affected.

3. There is a strong 3M tape backing on the strips, which can be ripped off and stuck to most surfaces.

4. Each lamp bead forms a ring, which can be arbitrarily cut according to the length of the ring without damaging other convenient fixed and stall parts. The flexible cutting operation makes the structure simple, ultra-thin design, low-temperature light source, and the selection of the auxiliary material more flexible, installation energy-saving installation, lower heat, higher brightness, cleaner, lower energy consumption and more beautiful.

5. WS2818 is a three-channel LED driver control circuit, which includes intelligent digital port data latching and signals to shape the amplification drive circuit. It also includes a precision internal oscillator and a 12V programmable constant-current control section for highly consistent color effects and stable performance.

Which controller does this LED strip light need?

Addressable LED strip lights take a data signal, so they need an SPI (pixel) controller that supports this IC — an ordinary RGB controller will not drive them. Data flows one way: connect the controller to the input end marked with the arrow. Wiring addressable LED strip lights

Do I need power injection?
