This 16.4ft 5m long Infrared LED 810nm IR Light Strip features 600 SMD 3528 LED light chips and a flexible printed circuit board width of only 8mm for a very compact design that is easy to install in a variety of spaces. With a strong adhesive backing, the 810nm IR led strip can be easily adhered to a variety of surfaces for both temporary and permanent installations.
Each LED chip emits near infrared light at a wavelength of 810nm, which can be used as photoiomodulation therapy to stimulate cellular metabolism and cytological responses. The strip design allows this 810nm light strip to be easily bent and cut to fit different applications and space layouts. And the density of 120 lights per meter allows for a very even distribution of light, reducing shadows and spotting.
810nm vs 830nm vs 780nm: 780nm is considered the boundary between infrared and visible red light. Wavelengths exceeding 780nm fall into the invisible infrared spectrum. The farther the infrared wavelength is from 780nm, the less visible the light becomes.

SMD3528 810nm vs SMD5050 810nm
Since the chip size of SMD5050 is larger than that of SMD3528, and the number of diodes in a single SMD5050 chip is more than that of SMD3528, a single SMD5050 is brighter than that of SMD3528.
However, SMD3528 can install more LED beads on the same length of strip due to its smaller size. In a high density arrangement, the brightness of the overall SMD3825 810nm strip may be very close to or even exceed the brightness of the SMD5050 strip.
