WS2818 4-wire breakpoint resume series addressable led strip, includes a GND(negative), a VCC(positive), a data line, and a back up line. When the transmission of the data line fails, the back up line will automatically work instead of the data line, and will not affect the use of other LEDs. Only if the circuit of the two consecutive LEDs is damaged will cause the lights behind them not to light up.
8mm led strip width, 96 RGB lights per meter, the WS2818 IC is placed on the FPCB board, and one WS2818 IC controls three 5050SMD RGB LEDs, each 31.25mm (three lights) can be cut. The LED lights controlled by each IC can be of different colors and brightness, forming a dream color led strip light to achieve 256-level grayscale adjustment and 16 million dynamic effects.
12V low voltage power, this addressable led strip needs to be used with 24V SPI controller and 24V led power supply. The back of the addressable LED strip uses high-quality 3M tape, which has good adhesion and adheres to the wall surface without damaging the wall, easy to install. Both ends of the LED strip light adopt JST connectors for easy connection. And you can install this strip in the silicone led diffuser tube to make led neon lights.
What is WS2818?
WS2818 LED chip is an upgraded version of the WS2811LED chip, as a unique existence in the breakpoint resume series, WS2818 LED adopts an external IC control method and supports DC12V voltage input; the internal LED chip contains a smart digital interface data latch signal shaping amplifier drive circuit, high-precision internal oscillator, 12V high-voltage programmable constant current output driver and high-precision constant current control module.
