Can't be the right lumens rating?

The information is misleading about this LED strip being 22 - 24 lumens per led. This strip not not even half as bright as the 2835 strip which says that strip is 7-8 lumens per led. The 3014 strip is 9 -10 lumens and that strip is blindingly bright
