Product Information

This is an RGBW addressable LED strip controlled by WS2814 IC, operating at a low voltage of 24V. There are 144 LED chips across each meter, 720 LED chips per reel. (5m/16.4ft) High density ensures a bright and even RGBW LED lighting, with various dynamic lighting modes. One WS2814 IC controls 6 LED chips, so there are 24 ICs per meter. Each IC controls a segment that can also be cut, and the smallest cut unit is 42mm / 1.65in. Using scissors and connectors, you can cut or extend this 24V addressable RGBW LED strip to get customized length.

This WS2814 LED strip has a 12mm (0.47in) wide flexible board, with an adhesive backing for quick and stable installation. You can fold this digital RGBW LED strip to fit curved surfaces and illuminate edges of round tables. The signal transmission is single-ended. If you want to customize the illumination pattern, you can program this RGBW pixel LED tape light using the latest WLED WiFi controller. Within the 5050 SMDs, there is a blend of RGB beads (the white part of the LED chips) and white light beads (the yellow part of the LED chips) to help with more natural color mixing. The white light color temperature is selectable among 3000K warm white, 4000K natural white and 6500K cool white, solving the drawback of RGB's inability to emit pure white light.

WS2814 RGBW LED strip addressable adopts a reasonable LED chip layout, which ensures the luminous quality and at the same time helps the RGB W tape LED strip lights to dissipate heat better. If you want faster heat dissipation, you can install it into an aluminum channel. If you're looking for a more even glow, check out this LED COB strip light, also controlled by WS2814, with higher density but longer cutting units.

Which controller does this LED strip light need?
Addressable LED strip lights take a data signal, so they need an SPI (pixel) controller that supports this IC — an ordinary RGB controller will not drive them. Data flows one way: connect the controller to the input end marked with the arrow. Wiring addressable LED strip lights
Do I need power injection?
