Product Information

This 05*11mm outdoor neon led strip that runs on either 12V or 24V DC power, and is IP67 rated for outdoor or indoor waterproof use in wet or humid areas. It contains 480 LED chips per meter. The ends of the waterproof COB led strip are sealed with end caps.

COB stands for Chip On Board, meaning that the LED chips are mounted directly onto the circuit board, as opposed to being mounted on a separate module. This can result in a more compact and efficient design. With a continuous dotless light-line, you can use this outdoor COB led strip to any linear lighting applications, and provides backlight illumination.

IP67 rated COB neon LED strips are designed to be waterproof and can be used with waterproof LED controllers and power supplys. The strip light and controller/driver are protected and can withstand wet environments. It's important to make sure the controller/driver is also rated IP67 or higher to ensure compatibility and proper protection when apply them to outdoor places.

What voltage does this LED strip light run on?

This model is offered in 24VDC · 12VDC. Lower voltage means a shorter run per feed: at 12 V feed power roughly every 5 m, at 24 V roughly every 10 m. Longer runs get power injected at both ends. Connecting to the power supply

Can I cut it to length?

Yes. Cut only on the marked cut lines between the copper pads — the cut interval for this model is on its spec sheet. Rejoin with solder or a solderless connector.
