How to Install & Use This LED Strip
- Measure the required length and carefully cut the strip. Thanks to the 'cut anywhere' design, you can cut at any point. Solderless 8mm LED connectors are available.
- Connect the strip to a compatible 3-pin CCT controller and a sufficient DC24V UL-listed power supply.
- Briefly power on the strip to test the connection and ensure all LEDs and color temperatures are functioning correctly.
- Peel the backing from the 3M adhesive tape and firmly press the strip onto the prepared surface, holding for 30 seconds for a secure bond.
- For a professional finish and optimal heat dissipation, install the strip inside a LED aluminum profile. For a completely seamless look, consider a silicone neon diffuser.
- Do not exceed the maximum single run length of 5 meters to avoid voltage drop, which can cause dimming at the far end.
- Ensure your power supply wattage is at least 20% greater than the strip's total power consumption (5m x 16W/m = 80W load → requires a 96W or higher power supply).
