How to Install & Use This LED Strip
- Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils.
- Measure the required length and carefully cut the strip along the designated copper cut marks.
- Connect the strip to a compatible DC12V power supply. For dimming, connect it through a controller from our Single Color Dimmer Series.
- For IP20 and IP67 versions, peel the adhesive backing and firmly press the strip onto the surface.
- Connect the power supply to your power source to light up the strip.
- Always use a regulated DC12V power supply. Using a higher voltage will destroy the strip. We recommend a power supply with at least 20% higher capacity than the strip's total power requirement. How to choose led strip light power supply?

Q: What makes this LED strip 'super narrow'?
A:Its Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is only 3.5mm wide, which is significantly thinner than standard 8mm or 10mm strips. This allows it to be installed in very tight grooves, channels, and intricate designs.
Q: What do I need to power a full 16.4ft roll?
A:You will need a DC12V power supply. The full roll consumes 40 watts (8W/m x 5m), so we recommend a power supply with a capacity of at least 48 watts to ensure stable performance.
Q: What is the difference between the two IP67 waterproof options?
A:Both offer excellent protection against water and dust. The Transparent Heat Shrink Tube is a slimmer profile, while the Outdoor Silicone Tube is slightly more robust and includes a 3M adhesive backing for easier installation.
Q: How do I dim this LED strip?
A:This strip is fully dimmable from 0-100%. To control the brightness, you will need to connect it to a compatible single-color LED dimmer or controller between the strip and the power supply.
