Product Information

This is an individually controllable RGBW wide voltage range LED light strip controlled by SK6812 IC, supporting 12V to 36V low voltage input. This LED SK6812 RGBW tape can easily adapt to different power supply systems.

There are 80 LED chips per meter, each with an in-built SK6812IC chip for precise point-to-point control. RGB plus white color can show thousands of vivid colors by mixing different colors. The white light, with high CRI 85+, is available in various color temperatures including Warm White 3000K, Natural White 4000K, and Daylight White 6000K. The width of the 4-in-1 5050 rgbw LED strip is 12mm, and we offer aluminum channel to help achieve a more even glow. But please note that the inner width of the aluminum channel needs to fit the 12mm LED strip.

The SK6812 RGBW strip is very flexible and can be bent and folded to fit curved surfaces. Every 8 LEDs can be cut with scissors, and the minimum cutting distance is 100mm (3.93in). GST connectors on both ends make it easier to connect with power supply and controller. A Strong adhesive backing design helps you finish a stable installation within a few minutes.

This wide-voltage LED strip supports input voltages from 12V to 36V, but it requires a constant voltage, not variable. You can choose any single voltage within this range. If you use a 24V transformer single-ended power supply, this SK6812 RGBW LED strip can run up to 10 meters(32.8ft) without a voltage drop. Using a 36V transformer from one end, it can maintain a consistent and excellent luminous effect for up to 15 meters(49.2ft).

Note: if you need RGB+3000K or RGB+6000K, it requires 100 meters (20 rolls) to produce.

Which controller does this LED strip light need?
Addressable LED strip lights take a data signal, so they need an SPI (pixel) controller that supports this IC — an ordinary RGB controller will not drive them. Data flows one way: connect the controller to the input end marked with the arrow. Wiring addressable LED strip lights
Do I need power injection?
This model runs on 12-36VDC. 5 V addressable LED strip lights lose voltage fastest, so longer runs need power fed in at both ends and at intervals along the run; 12 V and 24 V versions carry further.
