Our 48V Ultra Long Flex Neon is designed for outdoor lighting and unique spatial aesthetics. Using a high-pressure molding process, our 48V LED neon strip eliminates visible joints for seamless illumination, perfect for creating artful lighting fixtures or architectural accents. We recommend to use 12-48V V1-K dimmer for brightness adjustment. You can also bend this flexible neon light horizontally to mold a variety of shapes - hidden impact-resistant plastic panels make it more durable.
These neon LED lights are made with vapor-phase silicone as a material that prevents yellowing and tearing, eliminating the need for frequent replacement. The LED neon flex adopts a one-piece molding process with a sturdy silicone encapsulation that holds the LEDs in place for rock-solid stability. Whether illuminating outdoors in the rain or in a dusty warehouse, the IP67 waterproof seal keeps out moisture and debris to ensure consistent illumination.
In addition, these ultra-thin mini neon lights fit into spaces that ordinary fixtures can't reach, such as narrow crevices and in irregular recesses. Our 48V neon is a great choice if you need stable, consistent lighting over a large area. It delivers consistent brightness over a range of 25 meters on one side (50 meters on both sides), making it ideal for lighting large, ultra-long distances.
This is a 48V neon strip that supports longer single segment runs compared to 12V/24V neon strips.

Max. Running Length
48V can run 82ft (25m) with one end 48V power supply and run 164ft (50m) with both ends of power supply. So if the length of your project is about 25 meters and more, 48V neon led tube is a good choice.
For ultra-long distances, we will appropriately reduce power to minimize voltage drop. If specific power requirements exist, please contact us in advance.
