Our Bi Color White Led Tape uses 2-in-1 Tunable White LED chips such as 2835, 5050, 3838, 3527, etc., which integrates warm white light and cool white light inside the same SMD LED to achieve a silky smooth color temperature change. Each dual color led chip can display high CRI 2700K-3000K warm light, 6000K-6500K white light, and partial neutral light with both warm and white lights are lighted. With the right dimmable tunable white LED controller, you can adjust the color temperature and brightness of these dual color white light strips as you like, to suit different lighting needs and atmospheres.

Compared with white adjustable led strip lights with separate cool white and warm white LEDs, the 2-in-1 bi color led light strip does not have a noticeable light jump when changing the color temperature from warm to cool, which reduces the visual discomfort caused by the sudden light change and provides a more comfortable lighting experience for users.

Our 2-in-1 CCT light strips are compatible with our baseboard aluminum channel profiles. Select the appropriate baseboard model based on the PCB width of the light strip. The built-in PC diffuser on the baseboard profile diffuses some of the point light emitted by the CCT LEDs.

When paired with 2-in-1 adjustable white light strips featuring a density of 120 LEDs/m or higher, the result is seamless baseboard lighting. However, if you choose a downlight-style indirect lighting baseboard profile, you can also opt for the standard density of 60 LEDs/m, which will still provide a seamless lighting effect in the floor area.

These 2-wire CCT light strips use specialized internal circuitry. The two wires have no distinction between positive and negative; each wire carries a specific color temperature and must be connected to a dedicated 2-wire CCT controller such as the V2-S to seamlessly adjust the LED’s CCT color temperature.

Yes, they are highly compatible when paired with the correct dimmable LED driver. To use a Lutron or other brand TRIAC or ELV wall dimmer, you must connect it to a compatible AC-input dimmable power supply. The driver converts the wall dimmer's signal into the clean DC power the strip needs. Never wire an AC wall dimmer directly to a low-voltage DC LED strip.

Absolutely. Since the dimming and CCT change is controlled by voltage, you simply need a controller that can modulate the 24V DC output. For most of our 24V dim-to-warm strips, the maximum recommended single-ended run is 5 meters (16.4 feet). For longer runs, you must power the strip from both ends or use multiple parallel runs back to the power supply to avoid visible dimming and color shifting at the far end. Some of our specialized long-run strips can go up to 10 or 20 meters, but always check the product's specific datasheet for its maximum run length.

Dim-to-warm is exceptionally well-suited for relaxation areas like bedrooms, living rooms, and restaurants where you want bright, functional light during the day and a very warm, cozy 'sunset' glow in the evening. While it can be used in a kitchen, a standard Warm And Cool White LED Strip often provides more flexibility for task lighting, as it allows you to have high brightness at any color temperature, not just the coolest one.

You should wire multiple strips to a single power supply in parallel, not in series (end-to-end). This means running separate pairs of positive and negative wires from each strip segment back to the driver's output terminals.
