Product Information

The DC12V narrow addressable LED strip light features a white PCB of only 8mm in width. It is ideal for installations in limited space, perfect for concealed furniture lighting, cabinet lighting, and creative decorations. This intelligent LED tape uses the TM1824 IC chip, similar to the SK6812 IC, highly integrated and simple to control. With a WIFI controller, the tape light can be connected into a smart home system, easily controlled via a smart phone.

The programmable 4-in-1 RGB+white LED strip can mix to produce colorful light and accurate pure white light. White light color temperatures are available in 3000K, 4000K, and 6500K. This small addressable LED strip is suitable for holiday lighting and party decorations. For more white light color temperature options, consider 5-in-1 RGBCCT digital light strip.

We offer three options of 8mm addressable RGBW LED strips, each designed for different application needs. All three feature single-wire signal transmission for easy installation and broad compatibility.

Voltage Drop of the 8mm TM1824 RGBWIC

When light up all the RGB three color channels, the 8mm RGBW IC led tape has a little voltage drop. But other colored lights are normal to display, if you mind this, you can drive the strip with 12V dc power at both ends to reduce the voltage drop.

Which controller does this LED strip light need?

IC on this model: WS2814F (24V) - 120LEDs/m · WS2814F (12V) - 120LEDs/m · TM1824 (12V) - 84LEDs/m. Addressable LED strip lights take a data signal, so they need an SPI (pixel) controller that supports this IC — an ordinary RGB controller will not drive them. Do I need power injection?

Will it fit an aluminium profile, and how dense are the LEDs?
