Universal LPD6803  dynamic color chasing, sequencing, changing, and also static color modes available on the Full-Color Controller and dream color Strip. individually addressable LEDs allow for sequencing modes. Silicone Encased waterproof flexible LED light strip with 150 LEDs high power 5050SMD(Surface Mounted Devices) RGB LEDs programmable for chasing patterns. 6803 IC chip control. 5meter(16.45ft) Per Reel By Sale. 
 
This programmable led strip is an intelligent control LED light source that the control circuit and RGB chip are integrated into a package of 5050 components. It internal include intelligent digital port data latch and signal reshaping amplification drive circuit. Also include a precision internal oscillator and a 12V voltage programmable constant current control part, effectively ensuring the pixel point light color height consistent. The data transfer protocol uses a single NZR communication mode. After the pixel power on reset, the DIN port receives data from the controller, the first pixel collects initial 24bit data then sent to the internal data latch, the other data which reshaping by the internal signal reshaping amplification circuit sent to the next cascade pixel through the DO port. After transmission for each pixel, the signal to reduce 24bit. pixel adopt auto resha-ping transmit technology, making the pixel cascade number is not limited the signal transmission, only depend on the speed of signal transmission. You can get the required program and colors use with LED Edit2014 software together. - Connect led DMX Digital Display Controllers

Which controller does this LED strip light need?
Addressable LED strip lights take a data signal, so they need an SPI (pixel) controller that supports this IC — an ordinary RGB controller will not drive them. Data flows one way: connect the controller to the input end marked with the arrow. Wiring addressable LED strip lights
Do I need power injection?
5 V addressable LED strip lights lose voltage fastest, so longer runs need power fed in at both ends and at intervals along the run; 12 V and 24 V versions carry further. Keep the data line short between controller and first pixel. Choosing an addressable LED strip light
Which waterproof rating should I choose?
