This 12V individually addressable COB LED strip light packs 240 LEDs per meter onto an ultra-slim 5mm flexible circuit board, delivering a continuous, spot-free beam across all 16.4ft (5 meters). Powered by integrated WS2812B control chips, every individual LED functions as an independent pixel, giving you 1200 addressable points per reel for fluid chasing, gradient fading, and custom animation sequences without visible dark spots.
Operating at DC 12V with 7.5W per meter (37.5W total per reel), this 5mm mini cob led light strip maintains uniform luminance and color balance from the input header to the tail when powered from one side, eliminating the harsh color fading common on 5V addressable LED tapes. For control, pair the 3-pin input with a compatible SPI LED controller.

Recommended Installation Applications
How to Install & Wire This 12V Addressable COB LED Strip
- Inspect the LED strip for the data direction arrows (DIN to DOUT). Always feed the control signal into the female 3-pin input side.
- Measure the installation track. If trimming is necessary, cut only along the marked copper solder pads placed every 12.5mm using clean shears.
- Peel back the adhesive backing and press the tape firmly into place.
- Connect the 3-pin JST input to your SPI pixel controller, matching +12V (Red), Data (Green), and Ground (White/Black). Please note that the power cords on the output side must not come into contact with each other, as this could cause a short circuit.
- Wire a 12V DC power supply to the controller and LED strip. For multi-reel layouts beyond 5 meters, run separate DC power feeds in parallel.
