How to Install & Use This LED Strip
- Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils.
- Measure your required length and cut the strip only on the designated copper cut marks.
- Solder lead wires or use compatible connectors to attach the strip to your 12V/24V power supply and/or dimmer.
- Briefly connect to power to test the strip and ensure all segments light up correctly before final installation.
- Peel the backing from the adhesive tape and firmly press the strip onto the prepared surface.
- Shape the strip along your desired path. The S-design allows it to bend left and right easily on the mounting plane.
- Do not power the LED strip while it is tightly coiled on the reel, as this can cause overheating.
- Ensure your power supply wattage is at least 20% greater than the total wattage of the connected LED strip.
- This is an IP20 rated strip. It is not protected against moisture and should only be used in dry, indoor locations.
