How to Install & Use This LED Strip
- Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils.
- Measure the required length and carefully cut the strip at the designated copper cut marks.
- Solder lead wires to the copper pads or use compatible 8mm quick connectors.
- Connect the strip to a suitable 24V DC power supply and dimmer/controller (if used).
- Peel the protective backing from the adhesive tape.
- Carefully press the strip into place, applying firm, even pressure for at least 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
- Do not exceed the maximum recommended run length in a single series to avoid voltage drop.
- Ensure your 24V power supply wattage is at least 20% greater than the total wattage of the connected LED strip.
- This is an IP20-rated strip. It is not protected against moisture and should only be used in dry, indoor locations.
