When your single-color LED strip installation exceeds the capacity of your controller, the EV1-S steps in to regenerate the PWM dimming signal and provide a fresh power injection. With a robust 15A capacity, it's specifically designed for long runs of high-density strips or multiple parallel strips, ensuring perfectly uniform brightness from start to finish. How to Control & Use This Power Repeater

  1. Ensure all power is disconnected before beginning installation.
  2. Connect the V+ and V- output from your main LED dimmer or controller to the 'Signal IN' terminals on the EV1-S.
  3. Connect a secondary LED power supply to the 'Power IN' power terminal on the EV1-S. Make sure its voltage (12V or 24V) matches your LED strips.
  4. Connect the next section of your single color LED strip lights to the 'Output' terminals (V+ and V-).
  5. To expand further, you can connect the output of one repeater to the input of the next in series.
  6. Double-check that all wiring polarity is correct (+ to +, - to -) to prevent damage. Restore power and test the system.
⚠ Precautions
  • The input voltage of the power supply must match the voltage rating of your LED strips (e.g., use a 24V power supply for 24V strips).
  • The total load of the connected LED strips must not exceed the 15A maximum current rating of the repeater.
  • Use appropriately gauged wires to handle the 15A current safely and minimize voltage drop.
  • This is a constant voltage repeater; do not use with constant current LED products.
