Application Scenarios
How to Install This Aluminum Profile
- Measure your desired length and cut the aluminum channel and diffuser to size using a fine-toothed saw.
- Deburr any sharp edges after cutting for a clean finish.
- Peel the adhesive backing from your and firmly press it into the bottom of the channel, ensuring it is centered.
- Starting from one end, snap the PC diffuser into place along the top of the channel.
- Slide the end caps onto each end. Use the end cap with the wire hole on the side where you will connect to your power source.
- If using the suspension kit, attach the suspended steel cables to the profile and secure them to the ceiling.
- Connect the LED strip to your LED controller or power supply.

Q: Are the hanging cables included with the profile?
A:The 1.5m suspended steel cables are an optional accessory. You can choose to include them from the product options or purchase them separately.
Q: What is the difference between the opal and semi-clear diffusers?
A:The opal diffuser provides the most diffusion for a smooth, uniform, and dot-less light appearance. The semi-clear diffuser allows for higher light transmission (brighter output) but may show some hotspots depending on the LED strip density.
Q: Can I connect multiple channels together for a longer light?
A:Yes, you can mount channels end-to-end for a continuous run. For seamless connections, we recommend using channel connectors, which are sold separately in our aluminum channel accessories section.
Q: What items are included in a standard purchase?
A:Each unit includes one aluminum profile, one diffuser cover of your choice, and a pair of end caps. LED strips, power supplies, and suspension kits are sold separately.
