Not automatically. You have to match two things: voltage and pin count. If your strip is 24V, you absolutely need a 24V RGBCCT controller and a 24V power supply. Also, check the wires. RGB+CCT LED strips have 6 pins, make sure the controller's outputs (like R, G, B, WW, CW, V+) match the connections on your strip.
It really depends on your setup. RF (Radio Frequency) is the simplest: you get a dedicated handheld remote. It's reliable and doesn't need an internet connection.
